Today I close the kitchen at 8:00pm ET again.
I’ve done this before. When the rule held, mornings were cleaner. Then life got loose and the kitchen stayed open. I’m putting the rule back — not as a crash diet, not as hustle theater, and not as medical advice. As a fixed hour I can keep.
The site is the letter and the checklist. Practice stays private for now — slips allowed, kitchen dark at eight.
If you’re reading this, you’re welcome to follow the practice with me. Free pages stay free. There’s a small Evening Close checklist if you want a one-page tool. Marshall Network Services sells it. I’m still the one who has to close the fridge.
Authority stays with me. The clock doesn’t get to decide for me. I do.
